I really liked the free bikes available to use. I used them daily for short rides to the nearby town. We also got a free room upgrade, a very pleasant surprise. The customer service at the spa was very good too.
The hotel seemed bigger than I had expected it to be. This meant that there were many tour groups. I think it lacked a more intimate atmosphere. The hotel lobby staff seemed too absorbed by their phones, rather than cute guests.

The pools were fine and provided ample space. I found it easy to secure a seat at any time. Breakfast options were superb!!!
There was no room service available, but this was not a major concern for me.
